Refund policy

Each book is individually hand-bound and created with great care. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of my work, all sales are considered final once production has begun or materials have been ordered.

Cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of purchase or before production begins. After this period, or once materials have been ordered and the binding process has started, cancellations and refunds will no longer be possible.

Pre-order and custom rebind purchases reserve a dedicated production slot. For this reason, refunds are not offered once work has commenced.

As each item is handcrafted, slight variations or minor imperfections may occur. These are a natural part of handmade work and are not considered defects.

All orders are securely and carefully packaged. While I take full responsibility for protective packaging, once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier service and is outside of my control.
Refunds, replacements, or reprints are not offered for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit.
