By purchasing from this store, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All items sold are handmade, hand-bound books created with care and attention to detail. Due to the artisanal and made-to-order nature of the work, each piece is unique and may have slight variations.

Product descriptions, photos, and details are provided as accurately as possible. However, colors and materials may appear slightly different depending on screen settings and lighting.

Pre-orders and custom rebinds require production time. Estimated timelines are provided on the product page and may vary depending on workload, material availability, and commission queue.

Designs, artwork, and creative direction remain the intellectual property of Bean Bindery and respective artists. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without permission.

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at checkout. Bean Bindery is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in rare cases, including but not limited to:

• incorrect information provided

• unworkable custom requests

• excessive design changes or communication issues

• unforeseen personal or production circumstances

If an order must be cancelled by me before production begins, a full refund will be issued.
